The 2018 WinTechSeries Awards Europe will be judged by leaders and professionals from across the technology industry and other related sectors.

Lesley Slaton Brown – Chief Diversity Officer @ HP Inc.

Lesley Slaton Brown is the Chief Diversity Officer at HP Inc. With over 20 years of experience in the technology industry, Lesley has a unique ability to align and build strategy across organizations and drive business outcomes within corporations, start-ups and non-profits. Coupling her global marketing, branding, communications and diversity and inclusion experience, with a deep passion for social entrepreneur and leadership development. Most recently, Lesley served as the Principal Investigator for the National Action Council for Minorities in Engineering (NACME), “Go West” Computing Project. This project focused on broadening representation of women and minorities in computing education and careers. 

Amanda McAllister – Technical Leader @ ASOS

Amanda is a technical leader at, passionate about all things inclusion. Amanda is personally driven by developing technical teams as well as empowering them to develop themselves. She strongly believes in challenging the status quo when it comes to the representation of women and minorities within technology and has previously lead Engineering teams across the globe in Canada, America and Ireland both in large scale corporations and smaller start-ups.

Robin Goldstein – Principal Engineering Manager @ Microsoft

Robin Goldstein, a Principal Engineering Manager at Microsoft, is the first woman to serve in that role at the Paris-based Microsoft Engineering Center. A product engineering leader since joining the Redmond, Washington-based company in 1996, Robin is known for building strong teams and partnerships and for project and technology versatility. She has worked on a variety of features, services, and platform capabilities across MSN, Mobile and Windows and currently leads a group of engineers and program managers building media apps and services for consumers on Windows 10 devices and Xbox.  

Jitka Beukenkamp – AVP, Digital Business, Benelux @ Cognizant

Jitka leads Cognizant’s Digital Business in Benelux. Her experience in leadership roles in ICT is exceptional. She contributed to driving exceptional revenue growth, building successful teams and supporting customers with their digital challenges. She gained her knowledge in leading positions within VMware, Microsoft, Capgemini, Logica and IBM Netherlands. As a strong leader in complex, continuous changing and multi-cultural environment she stands for resilience, decisiveness and smart teamwork.

Ralitsa Angelova – Staff Software Engineer @ Google

Ralitsa Angelova leads Google's efforts to improve Maps quality using deep learning and other machine intelligence techniques. Dr. Ing. Angelova currently leads a team of 12 software engineers. Her prior projects at Google include novel machine learning approaches to improve the quality of Google's Knowledge Graph, and work in video ads quality. Prior to joining Google, she was a research associate at the Max Planck Institute in Saarbruecken, Germany, where her work focused on machine learning to discover patterns in social networks. She serves at ACM-W Europe and strongly supports full engagement of women in all aspects of the computing field.

Evita Stoop-Fievez – CMO, Benelux @ IBM

Evita has a heart for driving change and putting people in the center of that change. Before joining IBM as Chief Marketing Officer for the Benelux market, she has had several international management functions at Philips Electronics with fifteen years of experience in Business Innovation, Strategy, Global Product marketing and Regional marketing & sales. Next to the opportunities that Digital Transformation brings to businesses, Evita is highly interested in the impact it has on society and how it serves as a driver of the dialogue around Diversity and Inclusion. As a Board member of the Museum Ons’ Lieve Heer op Solder, she also supports the societal dialogue around Tolerance and Diversity.
